Account Managing 5 of the firms most high profile clients. This commercial and ambitious international law firm is looking for someone to join their existing team of client relationship managers as soon as possible. You will support the partnership on how best to strenghten and develop relationships with these 5 clients, whilst maximising billings and profitability. Supported by an assistant and trainees you will be expected to have an indepth knowledge of the internal and external issues surrounding those clients and their businesses. Which will include the monitoring of profitability; Reporting on the sales pipeline; Ensuring a high level of client service: Internal knowledge transfer, Identification of potential leads/ opportunities; Management of bid / panel reviews; Account planning; Partner coaching and training as necessary to drive sales. Your experience: You will have at least 6 years experience of working in a Professional Services environment You will have proven experience in Business Development/ Account Management or Consultative sales and a relevant degree. |
